DeSoto Independent School District is committed to serving students and the community. As the District breaks from Winter Break, Dec. 21 - Jan. 5, there will be no meals on campus or regular grab n’ go meal distribution.
However, to ensure that every student stays happy and healthy during the Holiday Break, Chartwells and the DeSoto ISD Child Nutrition Department will be handing out seven days worth of meals from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m on Monday, Dec. 21 at DeSoto High School- Freshman Side.
Meals are free for students 18 and under and every student will receive seven breakfasts, seven lunches, and seven dinners. The process for the meals will be grab n’ go fashion like normal and the meals will be sent home pre-prepared with heating instructions included.

Pick up is across from the Eagles Stadium. You will see open doors attached to the Freshman Campus Cafeteria and a team member will come to your car. (Note: Pick Up is NOT the freshman campus entrance doors. Signs will be out directing the correct way.)
