The DeSoto Independent School District announces a Board Training and Virtual Town Hall meeting beginning at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 10, 2020.  The session will be held virtually and is open to all members of the community.

Attendees can expect to hear remarks from newly-elected school board president, Amanda Sargent and also learn more about the proposed board goals and the topics of the upcoming school board meeting.

Board President Sargent and The DeSoto ISD School Board are committed to ensuring that the community has the opportunity to engage with the trustees and is abreast of the happenings and focus of the school district. 

Prior to the start of the virtual town hall, there will be a brief Board training hosted by TEA Conservator A.J. Crabill which is also open to the community.

The event is currently scheduled to occur via the Zoom link below. Participants should plan to log in at least 10 minutes prior to the start of the session and follow the training session protocols. No pre-registration is required.
