DeSoto Independent School District invites parents, staff, and community members to attend and engage with the Board of Trustees during a series of February meetings. These sessions provide opportunities to receive firsthand, accurate information about district initiatives, programs, and decisions while actively participating in the district’s governance process.

“We encourage all members of our DeSoto ISD community to engage with the Board of Trustees,” said Superintendent Dr. Usamah Rodgers. “These meetings are an important opportunity to hear updates directly from leadership, ask questions, and provide input that helps guide the decisions affecting our scholars and schools.”
All meetings will be held at the district’s Instructional Support Center located at 200 E Belt Line Road in DeSoto inside the Boardroom.
All live broadcasts will be accessible via the district’s website, and recordings of workshops will be available for viewing at a later time via the same webpage.
By attending, stakeholders can ensure they have accurate information and a clear understanding of district actions, plans, and achievements.
