Standardized Testing

  • ACT Link - ACT Prep The ACT includes 215 multiple-choice questions and takes approximately 3 hours and 30 minutes to complete, including a short break (or just over four hours if you are taking the ACT Plus Writing). Actual testing time is 2 hours and 55 minutes (plus 30 minutes if you are taking the ACT Plus Writing).

  • SAT Link - The SAT tests the skills you’re learning in school: reading, writing, and math. Your strength in these subjects is important for success in college and throughout your life.
  • PSAT Link - The PSAT/NMSQT assesses the critical reading, mathematics, and writing skills students need for college and beyond. Find out what the test is like and try practice questions.
  • Readistep Link - ReadiStep measures skills students need to be on track for success as they transition to high school. It provides insight into students’ academic progress and also equips educators with tools they can use to make informed decisions in the classroom.
  • ASVAB Link - The ASVAB is a multiple-aptitude battery that measures developed abilities and helps predict future academic and occupational success in the military. It is administered annually to more than one million military applicants, high school, and post-secondary students.
